TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of One Line, the puzzle game available at oneline.your.se ("the game", "we", "us"). By playing you accept these terms. Questions: oneline@your.se.

Accounts

• An anonymous account is created automatically when you play. You can register it with an email address or a Google account to keep your progress and become eligible for prizes.
• One account per person. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Information you provide (including your display name) must not be misleading, offensive, or impersonate others.

Competitions and prizes

• Competitions are skill-based: rankings are determined by puzzle performance. Each competition has its own start and end time and prize pool, shown in the game.
• To receive a prize you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have a registered account with a verified email, and pass winner verification. Prize competitions are void where prohibited by law.
• Winners are reviewed before payout. We may withhold or reclaim prizes where we reasonably suspect cheating, fraud, or multiple accounts. Any taxes on winnings are the winner's responsibility.

Fair play

Bots, automation, exploits, tampering with the client or network traffic, colluding, or playing through multiple accounts are prohibited and lead to disqualification and account suspension or termination.

Coins

In-game coins are a virtual item with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or refunded except where the law requires it. We may change coin pricing and power-up costs.

The service

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the game or any competition at any time. We provide the game "as is", without warranties; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Intellectual property

The game, including its puzzles, design, and code, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it.

Termination

You can stop playing or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued play means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes belong to the Swedish courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
